The recipient loved it.

An absolute joy to peruse the geography of the Discworld, only marred somewhat by being shoved into a box not sealed at either end before being posted- as a a result it was a minor miracle it didn't end up mangled. i don't blame Amazon's workers, it's the time budget they have to adopt that's at fault.

the book itself was first class,but the inserted map was in very poor condition ,i would be happy with a replacement map

Here I am - aged 50 - and possibly my favourite present (to myself) of the season is an atlas relating to a fictitious world. It's beautifully presented and runs through the continents with wit and captivating artwork.... There's also a big map tucked into the back pocket with demographic information - bliss. Now if only getting there was as easy as catching a train!I am a compleat Discworld nut so am virtually guaranteed to give anything from "The Emporium" 5 stars - oh and the paper's nice and shiny too.

THE BOOK ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION. I HAVE BEEN COLLECTING TERRY PRATCHETT,S WORK SINCE THE LATE 70s AND HAVE ALL THE DISCWORLD, BOOKS BAR A FEW. AND THIS IS ONE OF THEM. HE WILL BE SADLY MISSED BY HIS MANY FANS.P.S. A wonderfully detailed book, with the usual quirky and entertaining commentary we've all come to expect, and love, from the Disc World.I had bought this originally for my daughter, and she raved about it so much, I had to buy it myself - and I'm so glad I did :)I couldn't get over all the intriguing, and funny, details involved, and this has joined my much-loved treasures, written by The Man himself :)

Book was pristine, even had full size fold out map, which I didn't expect
