Q: Will this fit on a 4 X 8 sheet of plywood?

The manual shows several ways to set up the track, however, you can also be creative & set up the track anyway you'd like to fit on any surface you have to use. We used a track from the manual and set it up on three 5 foot folding tables, at the widest points of the track it measures, 81"x54"

Q: Does this race set come with cars & power pack ?

It came with 2 cars and everything else needed to set it up and race including the power pack, my adult kids are having as much fun with it as my grandkids are!

Q: What are the lengths of the cars?

The cars are about 3" long and about 1.3" wide.
