I love this rack as I needed a lot of towel space in my bathroom. It was easy to install with the instructions and I was perfectly satisfied. However, after 4 months or so I noticed it was sagging. Apparently the weight of 3 large towels was more than the provided wall anchors could withstand. I did my best to fill the holes and reinstall it in a spot a few inches over and it seemed sturdy. But it's been about 6 months and I'm noticing it sagging forward again. I'm not sure if it's a matter of the wall anchors not being strong enough or some other issue, but I definitely recommend getting higher quality anchors from the store instead of the provided ones if you're going to be mounting it only on drywall.

Installed 32" bar in master bath where two 24" would not fit. Great clean modern look, highly recommend!

The dimensions are a little deceiving. It’s 32” from outside of the bar to outside of the bar. So if you mount one end into a stud in the wall. the other end comes up short.

We love this double towel rack. At first I was a little concerned about how far it would stick out, but it is actually perfect! We hang a towel for drying hands on the further bar and the towel for dishes on the inside bar.The only thing wrong was that the installation directions for a different style of towel bar was included in this shipment, not the ones for this product. My husband figured it out, but that was disappointing at first (because I was excited to have it put up and it took a little more time).

The media could not be loaded.  Well made towel bar. Comes with options to screw mount or glue mount to wall. I chose screw mount, so can’t comment on glue mount option.Mounting plates screw into wall stud (if you happen to hit one) or use supplied plastic wall anchors.Most towel bars attach to mounting plates using a recessed screw, either conventional or Phillips. This towel bar uses recessed Allen wrench screws (Allen wrench provided), which allows much greater torque to be applied when securing the towel bar to the wall. The result is a rock solid towel bar that will not be easily knocked off the wall accidentally by a stray elbow. This feature I love!The reason I gave 4 stars is the towel bar is shorter than most towel bars. Yes, the outside measurement is the bracket ends is 24”, however the usable towel bar is only 21 1/4”. The towel bar that this one replaced had a usable towel bar of 23”. This causes 2 problems: two full sized bath towels folded in thirds won’t fit on the same bar (they fit on the previous towel bar), and because the overall length is shorter than the old one, I have to patch and paint holes left by the original towel bar.

The tower bar itself is beautiful, sturdy, and clean, but it didn't come with any screws or instructions. Thankfully, I have a pile of spare screws from previous projects.

We had the towel bar installed a month ago and today it came off. Left two big holes… arrrgh!!!UPDATE:To my surprise, the customer service reached out to me and after understanding my issue with the towel bar, offered to send us a replacement. I have yet to install it and see how it lasts, but I thought it would be worth noting that you could buy with confidence - since they clearly seem to care deeply about if we as customers are satisfied with their product(s)

I am a 61-year-old female and found this extremely easily easy to install. It is very very sturdy and holds two thick, heavy towels. It is also aesthetically pleasing and has a nice classy. Look to it. Very happy with this purchase!
