I've used Antiquax polish before and was recently introduced to this cream. I've just received my order so have still to use it but, if it's anything like the polish, I'll be very pleased.

things like this are becoming increasingly hard to find. high quality antique furniture should not hve modern silicone polishes applied.

excellent product, unable to source it in local hardwareshops,supermarkets or depot.second hand tables now like new.well worth some elbow grease.

The product I received had separated badly and despite vigorous shaking it remained gloopy lumps surrounded in runny fluid. Having looked at the product and description I would say it is polymer based more than wax based by the way it is instructed for use, my experience with purely wax based products is to apply and buff, with this you are instructed to leave until dry with a haze, similar to car polymer wax applications. It probably is a good product but I am unable to use it as I didn’t want to destroy my 120 year old wood item and therefore I contacted Amazon for return/refund. So I went 3 star cos I couldn’t say the product as used would be bad or good and my basis was on product received.
