Very good taste and settles the craving for something sweet very good quality and texture not to soft for a hard candy

These Eitaro candies are a high-end sweet imported from Japan, and they are simply lovely. They are simple sugar hard candies. Each box contains a dozen individually wrapped pieces. The candy has a nice shimmer to the surface and would be really pretty displayed in a dish mixed with other flavors.Mango has a very distinct flavor that is well-represented here. Each candy reminds me of dried mango slices, very true to the fruit, but it’s not a potent flavor. It’s a light flavor compared to other candies, which I found refreshing but I think folks who want a stronger experience might find bland.

The picture does not show how small the package is. It does not have the mango flavor at all. I feel cheated.

I got two of these in different flavors to try. Was most excited for this one as I love mango. Was quite disappointed. They both leave a strange taste/ feeling in your mouth and the flavor wasn't very good.

I grabbed this Mango flavor and two other flavors (apple and honey mint) for my son who loves to try candies from other countries. This mango was his pretty good but out of the three I would say it was our least favorite simply because it was so mild and the flavor it does have isn’t exactly what was expected but it is a sweet hard candy with a nice mild flavor. The honey mint definitely had the strongest flavor out of all three we tried. So I would say the mango is just a okay hard candy based on the weaker flavor.

The Eitaro Sohonpo Natural Fruit Mango Candy is a delicious treat that tastes like a fresh mango. Of the many Eitaro Sohonpo flavors I've tried, this is one of my favorites as it's mildly sweet and tastes just like a fresh bite of mango. The candy reminds me of a less-sweetened version of mango nectar and is a delicious treat to enjoy after a meal or whenever you want something sweet but not too sweet. Overall, it's a delightful candy that I would purchase again.
