Excellent customer service - I ordered 2 and 1 didn’t inflate to the proper size, very easy to rectify with either replacement or refund. The other one is about as nice as one can expect for a couch mattress - it’s can’t be TOO thick or the couch won’t close. Pro tip - cut 3 pieces of plywood or better yet MDF to size and store them behind or under the couch. It needs a foundation to truly be comfortable.

I just received it today. + I haven't slept on it yet. But I can't wait to one thing that is very positive already is. I cannot fill the metal bed frame. I can't wait to sleep on it when I sleep on it. I can leave another review, but it's already positive when I can't feel the metal bar underneath the mattress. Where with the mattress that I came with my sofa sleeper, I definitely could feel it and I had to use a mattress topper which wasn't good. It was too soft and made my back hurt so I'm very excited so far

My daughter and her family came to visit Thanksgiving. She slept on my 20 yr old sofa bed for the first time. The next morning she said she would pay half if I would get a new mattress. It must have been bad. She picked out this mattress and I bought it. I hope she is happy with it. It was packaged well and was fully fluffed in 24 hours. I lay on it and it felt great. It was very soft to the touch and firm to lay on. No one has slept on it yet so I don't know how it will be all night. I suspect she and I are going to be very satisfied.

Was unsure about this as i like a real firm mattress. It contours to your body and weight. Was unsure if i liked sinking in 4 to 6 inches but is confortable and cool

Good for a 10 year old. He did not like the firmness on the first night but adjusted quickly.

I really like this mattress and would have given it a five but for the fact that the cover snags to easily which causes runs.
