Bevel Engineering 44mm Front-Rear Wheel Bearing Greaser Compatible with RZR 900/1000 Grease Tool

Works great a few people have complained that the grease fitting breaks easy and the tool gets stuck inside the hub when you use it. I noticed the fitting is finger tight and will break easy if not careful. Just make sure to check tightness before using. As far as it getting stuck just rub some grease on it before inserting it inside the hub.

This tool is supposed to be a 44 mm made to work with certain Polaris machines. I have tried to use it multiple times and it gets stuck. The o-ring gets past the first race and won’t go any further. When you try to remove the tool it pulls the bearing apart. It appears that the milling was not done correctly. It now has scratches on opposing sides as if it’s getting caught in the bearings because it is not the correct size.

Awesome ! Just replaced wheel bearing on my wheeler, New Bearings took 12 to 13 pumps of grease to get them full. No wonder they are shot in 2 years, there is none in them. I have high hopes that this tool letting me add grease with ease I can get years of enjoyment. Buy it, you will not regret your purchase.

I really like the way the greaser is made. I can feel the quality when I pick it up. However, I'm having issues in removing the greaser from the hub. I greased the o ring, and it's still so tight that I spent several minutes trying to remove it. I may have to go to another brand and see how it works. It just shouldn't take that much effort. I may have just gotten a lemon.

Just purchased this for my 2017 900 S EPS RZR. First time I tried to use it was so tight I couldn’t get it to insert all the way and when I removed it half the bearing came with it. I then tried it on another wheel and the same thing-too tight. This time when I removed it the rubber seal on it tore in half. Needless to say it was a total waste of money. Now I’m trying to find another option and/or brand.

I should have put a little more trust in the negative reviews I read about this product. This product is extremely hard to remove once inserted. Could not remove by hand, had to use two flathead screwdrivers to pry out damaging the part. Yes, I lubed it pretty well before installing. It only released because the “O” ring came off. I proceeded to grease the other bearings without the o ring and was very easy to remove.

This bearing greaser is easy to use and works great. Did my rzr s900 wheel bearings in no time. Front and rear.

product is well made and looks like it will work. I have not used it yet but I look forward to an easier way to grease bearings.
