This product is very useful as I work outdoors and it keeps my drinks nice and hot

Hi I was happy with my item on first place but I found an issue with the coffee cup it does not close properly. The lid when you twist it to tighten it is loose and the seal is cut which then it leaks. I'm not happy with it as the product looks good on Amazon an when o brought it I experienced an bad item. Sorry.

Fantastic cup, however small details let it down.Firstly, the lid doesn't open all the way which results in it being awkward to drink out of.Secondly, it doesn't keep the drink warm for very long.But it's a good price for what it is.

The media could not be loaded. The product is ok but lid doesn't screw properly but my Main gripe is that the lid does not open fully… and some like me who has a normal size nose cannot drink from it… this is reflected in your reviews and a refund or replacement should be available.

The cup is ok ,but the Lids is problem .is doesn’t open properly and is difficult to drink.

I am very disappointed with this mug. It doesn’t keep the drink, tea/coffee, hot for very long. I would not buy another one.

Just purchase it, however, it keep on spilling out because it cant fasten tight which will spilt on your clothes

منتج رائع و خامه و جوده عاليه ولكن قطع الاستانلس من ناحية الغطاء حاد جدا و بالتالى يمكن ان يسبب الجروح عند التنظيف
