Really pleased with this set. For the cost there's a fair amount of equipment to help with training. Everything inside seems to be of good quality for the price and comes with a handy bag to store and carry everything in.

This is a great product, the quality of the sets are great, the variety of sets available to you is great because you can create so many combination drills.I definitely recommend this to any amateur coaches out there who are looking for a starter pack.

What I like more is the bag, which is easy to carry and keeps everything nicely packed. The cones are quite light, not sure they would stay if there was a slight wind, same goes for the hurdles. The jumping rope is ok, handles are turning but they are not adjustable. The ladder was rather tangled, you need to be very careful how yuo put it away as it can get easily tangled up. I think it is more suited for indoor training than for outdoors but, considering the price, it is ok
