Waste of money
Apart from giving you a laugh whoever wears it, it doesn't work if was for the wife and she still snored with this on and she was just as loud

Too big
If you have a small head, even with the adjusting straps, this will be too big to keep your chin/mouth shut. Even with the strap on as tight as it will go I wake up with my mouth open, breathing through my mouth. It's also given me spots on my cheeks where the straps go, after only wearing it for a couple of weeks. This may be because I am a particularly sweaty sleeper.

Did not stop my snoring
Unless I did this up painfully tight, my jaw was still able to open. Also it looks so dreadful. After I adjusted it as well as I could, I scared my husband and both the cats, and that was before I started snoring wearing it.
