The media could not be loaded.  Bought this for my wife for X'mas and we love the look of the 3D glass and LED back light but all it does is spit water droplets out the top. We get little to no water vapor. I posted a question and was told you have to run with the top/cover on which we did but it seems to me the fan on the bottom is not strong enough to drive the water vapor out the top. All we get is a puddle under the unit after an hour of spitting. I can take the cover off and believe the ultrasonic part is working but the fan is just not doing it's job. We don't want to return it but no way to reach seller so it looks like back in the box it goes. Would love to know if we just got a bad unit as we really wanted this.....

The lights on this diffuser were beautiful, and this is the only reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. I noticed as soon as I got it that the glass lid did not completely fit the plastic underneath where the water is supposed to exit. However, that was not the issue. This product was used 5 times and then stopped working out of nowhere. It was very disappointing especially since it was a gift. Amazon is very nice to issue a refund due to the item being defective, but now looking at the other reviews, I wish I had bought this diffuser from somewhere else. I am very dissapointed.

I have been getting one of these for each one of my main rooms after I realized how helpful they were in my living room. My problem is that I like bright and pretty and shiny stuff so this one was perfect for me. When it’s not on it’s still pretty because it’s a nice silver color and ironically silver is one of my, if not my totally, favorite colors. It’s really nice to leave on for a while because it does not get warm to the touch . I still do not suggest you using this without supervision, don’t leave it running if you’re not going to be in or around the room it’s in. I would also make sure to keep away from children so it does not spray in their face. The only negative to it is that the highly polished surface does get smudged very easily so it shows any finger marks or anything so you have to keep it

I have a diffuser but the glass cover broke so I decided to get a 3D Essential Oil Diffuser,100ml Aromatherapy Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier with 3D Design Glass Star Effect . My first one it changes colors as diffusing every 20 seconds. I thought this one would do the same. First off you have to click it so many times to get what the design you want and then click forever to turn it off and it only stays that color.. Then it diffuses a lot a one time. My old diffuser I would do 14 hours or more, which I liked cause essential oils aren't cheap. This was gone within 4 hours. I went back to the old. It also looks very cheap.

This only worked for a few minutes, then shut off. Just a note, this only has on or off, no intervals mist, so wasn’t cycling. I found If i take glass top off it will produce mist as it should, but as soon as I put glass top back on it will soon shut off. I feel the spout doesn’t match up to glass opening well and somehow causing mist to back up into it and shut off. Ive noticed others had similar problem. Ive contacted seller, waiting for response.

I purchased this product in April And just started using it.Love everything about it lights ,diffuser and allhowever one day I put water and essential oil in the container and forget to put the plastic cap on itIt Started to diffuse and the light was fine but suddenly it stopped working.Maybe got too wet?As a result nothing can be diffused the light still works fine but when I turn the diffuser on the entire thing goes off any advice On this at all?

My girls were thrilled to receive these at Christmas. I was disappointed because when we first got them they are white and you can't see the beautiful galaxy in them until they are turned on. I was so happy to see that they are as in the picture.

Loved it initially but mine was janky. It constantly shut off until it no longer worked. The lights still work but it no longer diffuses. Lasted maybe 2 weeks and I’m super disappointed because I got it as a gift for someone and now it looks like I bought the cheapest one I could find...I’d love a refund or to get a new one sent and if that happens, I’ll be more than willing to retract my review because I did really like it.
