These leads look like they are of decent quality at first glance but the solder joints or wire inside the cable has already broken on one of them after just one month of light use.I have had cables from poundland that appear to be more durable. I'm not too happy, I should have just bought myself 12 poundland cheapie cables.Update 11/2/2017Company has offered me a partial refund for the defective cable. So I am updating my feedback to 5 stars. If there are any issues with the remaining two cables I will submit another update.

Edited review as I initially gave these 5 stars.Purchased July '16 and in the 9 months or so I've had them they have all failed. I use the cable to charge my phone overnight, so plugged in when I go to sleep and unplugged when I get up. I first noticed that occasionally the phone wouldn't have charged and and after giving it a few more weeks it happened pretty much every night. The actual lightning plug on the charger must wear down making it not it in the charging hole of the phone, after a couple of months this shouldn't be expected and I know it's not an issue with the socket inside he phone itself as the genuine Apple cables I've got still sit very snug in the phone.

Useful length. The cable is robust, the lightning adaptor end not so much. After about 3 months moderate use the outer fixture came loose and the actual adaptor head is able to flex inside its housing, Needless to say it doesn't work anymore. one of the other cables has since stopped working so I'm down to my last one which is also on its way out. It needs a little teasing to get it to charge anything.Is it good value for money? Not sure. In total I've had nearly 5 months useage out of them. My previous experience of these cables is that the more expensive it is the longer it will last. However even the Apple cables don't seem to last any longer than a year, but at least they're under warranty.

Very nice product. Arrived super fast and it does the job just as it should. Three different ones. I can now have one at work, one at home and one to carry around. Perfect - especially for its price. I strongly recommend it. The cable is not as flexible as the Apple one, but on the other hand, it seems way stronger.

I bought these about 4 months ago. Since owning them they have lived in what I would call low stress environments permanently plugged into USB wall chargers in the living room and behind the sofa. They get plugged in and out but don't get any abuse through being coiled up or having devices unplugged by pulling the cable not the plug itself.Out of the three cables 2 don't work any more and the remaining cable only works when plugged in one direction so you need to check the charge icon appears when plugging in and flip it if needed. I started using two immediately and had one as a backup.The first two started to fail just after months usage (just beyond the warranty) in one direction but the other direction kept working so I stuck with them however 4 months in I'm left with only one cable half working. The cables all look like they are in mint condition so it's not like they are falling apart they just fail to work.I'll give it 2 stars as I have gotten almost 4 months out of them however I'd expect these to last a year or more especially with the shield nature of the cables and the reliably easy life they had.

A high quality set of three cables for your iPhone/iPad etc that not only look the part, but also are long enough to cope with awkward positioning when charging. The cables are 2m long, far longer than my usual ones.The quality of each cable is very obvious and the extra length makes them more easy to use - I plug mine into a socket which is hidden behind a chair and the extra length means no rummaging around to find the cable end.I like these a lot. Highly recommended.

Lightning USB cables are useless to be honest, they break so easily. I've been through a few different 3rd party ones and, obviously, the offical one. This one, so far, is the best one:I have found that it charges iPhones and iPods really well, however iPads not so good. It'll start charging for about 5-10 minutes and then loose connection and stop charging.I have found that the grey cap just below the lightning cable connnector has come loose on one. It's only a plastic sleeve so it moves up and down, but doesn't affect the charging as it is a separate piece. The cable itself looks very good and doesn't look like the type to break (the official cables are very brittle).Truth these cables weakness' is the point just below the lightning connector, this one looks better protected than the official one and I have had no problems as yet. I'll have to wait and see if it continues to survive.Being three this makes a good purchase if you want or need spares.

All three lightening plugs have bent under very little pressure as part of day to day use. One of the USB plugs has also bent. The cable in between is of sturdy quality, but that's of no consolation, when the important bits, that connect to your device to a power source, break so easily. Maybe I've been unlucky and received a bad batch? Either way, I won't be buying these again and recommend other savvy Amazon shoppers to avoid them also.
