The best marble run accessory!
The media could not be loaded. Adding a marble elevator is the best thing! I have two elevators that are a chain-driven version. This spiral version is infinitely better.#1. USB-C! No more dumb batteries. It does come with a battery connector though.#2. Enclosed marbles. No more marbles falling and scattering from the chain.#3. Durable. Interlocking chamber and drill pieces are very stable for good building.#4. The elevator saves vertical pieces.#5. Safe! Kids can't get pinched by moving gears or chains.#6. Strong. This could easily lift ball bearings, glass marbles, all the way down to the lighter plastic ones.#7. Reliable. It doesn't jam. The only way I could get it to jam was by putting a plastic toy in it, or tipping it over with marbles in the bottom. Normal operation is flawless.

Slow, jams constantly, not worth the money.
Bought this thing with the hope of it adding a fun element to our boys marble runs. FYI- this thing is slow! I thought it’d be NEXT Christmas by the time a marble made it to the top. We almost bought two and I’m glad we didn’t. My boys want to “take a break” from it because it’s not fun or fast to keep the action moving. It also feels very cheap compared to other marble genius products. Pass by this one!

Worked ok with tweaking
If it doesn’t work, try it without the outer tube/auger cover on it, just to see if the motor works and auger turns. Ours would freeze up or go super slow once fully assembled and the outer cover was placed over the auger. Make sure the auger pieces fit as snugly together as they can (takes some force). And if it goes terribly slow (compared to the auger’s speed without cover), you can shave down the base of the ‘knob’ on the auger’s top piece so it will spin a little better once it’s inserted into the top hole.I feel they should have designed/tested it a bit better and maybe included written instructions. The QR code on the box leads you to a wordless video, and it’s not too hard to figure out. I was hoping to have option to be able to plug in instead of using batteries, but don’t see how to do that, as another reviewer alluded to.

Minor adjustment for perfect use
When first assembled this product struggled to operate and would turnoff on its own. The very top piece would push down on the whole assembly and create binding. To solve this, I took a 5/8 paddle bit and drilled through the top hole. This knocked out the collar that was causing the binding. Top blue piece keeps everything aligned. I even added the extension with no change in speed. I read a bunch of reviews complaining about the binding, hope this helps everyone out.

Great addition to our set
This augger is a great addition to our marble runner set. The kids love watching the marbles go up. They play with it all of the time. Great purchase.

Great form but slow slow slow function
I can not emphasize how......so......... painfully.............slow.......................this...........................product.........................runs.It's literally one ball every 30 seconds, not that if lifts the ball every 30 seconds, heavens no, if you have one ball every 'level' there is a 30 second gap between each ball coming out the hole.I'm going to look into ways to speed it up but be prepared as I also bought extensions and as the force is so weak it can't handle more than a few extra risers which imo is unacceptable especially if you, like me, have multiple large sets.Edit: okay I tried something on a whim and it worked, just ignore the battery box and plug it in to the wall, this fixed all my issues.Edit #2: okay if you do plug it into the wall realize the motor burns out FAST. After taking the base apart I have discovered why this product performs so slowly on batteries, THEY USE A RIDICULOUS GEAR REDUCTION, seriously marble genius DO BETTER! I'm removing one of the gears so I can use the same motors as the one they used is pretty ubiquitous. Lowering my review by a star because the company intentionally makes their own product unusable.

DEFINITELY BUY
The media could not be loaded. What I like about this marvel track is that you don’t need to buy the whole marble elevator from the same product you can use the elevator for a different kind of marble track which I kinda use in the video. I highly recommend it. It was so easy to use you should definitely buy it.

Doesn’t work and no way to contact seller
Bought this as a gift and when the recipient opened and put together it didn’t work. However, it was outside the return window. I went into the order to “get product support” from the seller and it brings you to a page that says “launching soon”. There is no way to contact the manufacturer. It is cheaply made and not worth the price. Now I’m out the money plus a replacement gift!
