After using these for a month. They did not work at all. they did not suppress my appetite and i did not lose any weight.

I don't know if it's all in the mind or not but it did seem like my appetite was greatly reduced using these patches. They are a good price. However, after about 10 days of using them constantly the effects of the appetite suppression didn't seem to work so well. I have found that if I then have a break of about a week then start using them again, I have the best effect. I believe I lost some weight as my clothes look better on but I don't weigh myself so can't give numbers.
