Great duty belt. This is my second one, I had my first for about seven years before it got worn enough where I felt I needed to replace it. Double check the sizing before you buy, they run big.

This belt is thick and very durable. It's adjustable to give you a couple more inches in either way, but moving the buckle to the new positions is not easy as the belt is very stiff and somewhat uncomfortable. The buckle is also fairly hard to release. It doesn't seem like the belt will be soften over time, and probably will last you for your entire career! On the plus side, in a pinch, you can use it to hoist somebody up the side of a building!
