Great, Bright, Easy To Install
Are in need of a nice outdoor light? Well, if you are this might be the one for you. This light is motion controlled so it only turns on when it detects motion. The brightness of the light is great, so if you want to put these outside on a patio or a deck it would work great for that. This light is solar powered so you don’t have to worry about wiring or electrical work. So, they are simple to put up anywhere. The motion detection works from a range of about 30 feet. But depending on how you have it mounted that would be less. Overall, this is a great cheap option if you want to add extra lights to your patio or deck.

Cant understand why a company would resort to such cheap hardware for a possibly good light.
Never got to see it light. The phillips head screws are sooooo cheaply made, the head of the screw was striped even before it was half screwed in. I was unable to continue to tighten the screw or remove it. I attempted to remove the screw with pliars, no luck. Had to literally break the the mounting bracket to remove it from the soffett. I will be returning it ASAP. Cant understand why a company would resort to such cheap hardware for a possibly good light.

Works Perfectly-Easy Install
My husband hung this on the outside edge of our carport about 6 months ago. It gets plenty of sun during the day. The motion detection works very well. It detects our dogs as well as people. I would guess that detection starts from about 8-10 feet away. Once detected the full light comes on and stays on while detected. After a short time if no movement is detected it goes back to the very low light mode. To be truthful the low light mode isn't much light but we do have it hanging about 12 feet up.We are very pleased with the functioning and the lighting. If you are wanting a bright spot light this probably isn't it but if you just need it lit up so you can see to walk it works great!

Probably the best economical safety light for the money.
Received quickly and installed with ease. It works great in our sunny geographic area. It is plenty bright when motion is detected. Even though the sensitivity is a little too much, it still works for 12.5 hours so who cares if it turns bright too much? But because of no sensitivity adjustments I knocked off a star.

Landfill fodder
I bought 3 of these. I installed them in full view of the sun on the sides of my house. I live in California where there is no shortage of sunlight.After approximately one month, only one is still working. Poorly I might add.These may work for some, but I had the ideal conditions for these to function and they certainly were a complete disappointment.I’ll be installing floodlights wired to electricity.These seemed too good to be true, and they were.
