Excellent mouse for gaming and work!
Great mouse! Use it for COD, HLL, Hell Divers 2, and many other gaming titles as well as for work! The ability to change the mouse wheel to free spin is an absolute must if your writing on Adobe or other large documents as you can scroll super fast through the pages and then you can turn off the free spin feature for precise scrolling for gaming and other applications that need a more precise mouse wheel function! This alone is prob the most used feature for me on this mouse! The button clicks are responsive and even using the pro dock I haven’t had many disconnection errors some have reported with this mouse and the pro dock.

Big hands=this is your perfect product
I love this mouse. I had the wired version and fell in love with it. Enough to where I bought this one just to have the convenience of not having the wire. I will use this mouse for life. I have bigger hands, and it works well ergonomically for them. Like 6 in across

Good Mouse, Nice Size, Customizable
I like the look and feel of this mouse. I also like how programmable everything is on it. I used it to replace my Logitech MX Master 2S, and I'm very happy with it.The battery life is disappointing, but I bought the wireless charging puck, and I have a mousepad with a charging area, so it's easy to deal with. It's not a great value for the money, unless you get it for under $100. Accuracy is excellent, and adjustable, which is nice. Click quality is good, but I would prefer it were quieter.Overall, a great mouse if you're okay with the tradeoffs compared to the competition.

Missing usb receiver (first used). New is fantastic.
Great mouse as to the feel of it. No idea how it works because it arrived missing the 2.4gh usb receiver. I don’t have BT. Didn’t even try it wired as that is pointless. Repacking to return it.Revised from 2 to 5 as I did order a brand new one. It’s different when it’s complete :). Best mouse I have ever used. Had many and all over $100 and this mouse cordless is better than my high end corded.

Sleep feature that cannot be disabled, tech support is absolutely garbage
I bought this mouse to replace an aging Logitech wireless mouse that has seen been discontinued. The hardware itself is well-built and comfortable. The mouse has a "feature" that puts itself to sleep after so many minutes, and this feature cannot be disabled. Not being able to disable this is a bad software design, and many people complain about this in various online forums. It takes getting used to the fact that I have to shake my mouse to wake up. If this had been the only issue, I could have learned to adjust. But no, the overall experience quickly went downhill from there. The software nagged me about a firmware update, so I gave in and installed it. Now, the mouse does not shake awake. I have to physically turn it off and back on once it goes to sleep. And again, the software will not let this feature be disabled to work around this firmware issue.I contact support via email form submission, and explain this issue, filling out the long list of information Razer asks for as part of opening a support ticket. Over a week goes by and I finally get a response from Support Person A, who provides me a link to a help webpage on how to charge the mouse. That's not the issue so I reply back stating such. A day later, I get another reply from Support Person B with another link to another webpage that explains that its best to turn the mouse off when charging it, and explains how to do that. Again, I reply back saying they are not reading my issue, and I reiterate the issue to them. Today, I get another response from Support Person C that asks me to fill out all the demographics and purchase info I provided in the first email, which all that info is already in the email thread. It has become clear their support people do not want to take the time to work on an issue, and rather send cookie-cutter form responses hoping that I either go away, or the ticket lands on someone else's queue to deal with.

Will probably last for many years
This mouse is a really nice size that fits in my hand well, and the buttons have a nice click to them. The LED lights are pretty bright too. The only thing I dislike about this mouse is that whenever it's plugged in and charging, the LED lights turn on, and there's no possible way to turn them off unless you unplug the mouse. That's not a big enough reason to make my 5 star review a 4 star review though, but it is something that needs to be addressed.

Great mouse, great company, rubber parts disintegrate after a bit.
still have and use, but the thumb rest area pretty much disintegrated, and feels funny on the thumb. Moved this to my server computer, and bought a new razer mouse, as the company does make a solid product. Lightining effects were really stellar on this too.
