No replacement for a wash mitt
I like to have a clean car and I’m always on the lookout for ways to make it that little more labour free. I spotted this item and thought it looked good. On unwrapping it seems to be pretty well made, however, having used it for the first time it is no replacement for a hand wash mitt as it just won’t clean the nooks and crannies and it misses angles unless you contort your body to reach all parts of the body work. I ended up going over the car again with a wash mitt and put this cleaner into the bin.

Poor engineering and function.
The problem with this isn't the reach .... it gets to the top of my SUV fine.The problem isn't the materials ... the noodle cloth work very well.The problem IS with the locking mechanism on the head of the brush.When you get a nice load of warm soapy water on here the head is obviously heavy. Then when you get it onto the roof of the car and start vigorously mopping back and forth the locking button that controls the angle of the head on the shaft gives up and the head will then rotate. This is really annoying. Why have the head movable in the first place?You find yourself having to 'mop' the roof slower or put up with the head randomly rotating every few minutes as the locking button gives up.Definitely wouldn't buy this again.

Handy little helper
Love this thing! It's weighty but not overly so, I can give the outside of my car a quick dust in between washes and reach all the cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings indoors too (I cover the mop head with clean odd sock for this).

10/10 just what I needed!
Very good quality, best cleaning mop I've ever seen actually! I always 'wash' my car with detailing spray and wax spray every week in order to avoid harmful car wash and aging of my paintwork. I decided to try this as it was getting too laborious using rags. What a difference! It's so easy to do the whole car and the removable duster easily washes in my machine.Manufacturer should sell replacement duster cloths because I feel like I'll be using this item indefinitely and the only thing I see going first is the cloth head.

Could be better
Robustly constructed product. The swivel head is almost 15 inches long and the shaft attaches to the head very much off-centre (4 inches from end). That can be handy for getting into awkward floor corners to dust, but when washing windows/cars with the head set at right angles to the shaft I found it heavy to handle and lop-sided when wet (I am a fairly strong male). Pity the head was not smaller with a centre fixing.

Useful to reach difficult heights and distances
Have used once so car and helps to reach higher areas on an suv. Adjustable angle button a bit hard - hopefully will become easier with wear.

Mop head cleans well but that’s all.
Good idea and mop head cleans well but that’s all I can say. When using the head will not lock into the position illustrated in picture, it repeatedly twist into a rightangle even does the 180 degree twist. This renders it completely useless. Can’t recommend, waste of money.
