2 Decades later….
I purchased one of these knives, the exact one in the description, a few weeks before my daughter was born, she’s 22 in August, this knife has been used daily, I work in food so I know how to keep it sharp, it’s absolutely outstanding, in fact I’ve just purchased another for my daughter. Buy one, and don’t put it through the dishwasher, the steel doesn’t like it.

Perfect little unit
This was purchased to replace one that the handle had become loose, not a faulty unit but my mistake I use to put them in the dishwasher and the salt rotted the aluminium rivets ( just a little warning) this new one will be washed by hand.The knife is brilliant and ultra sharp and i'm happy I have a full set again now.
