Suggested use: -------------- Apply primer all over the eyelid up to the brow then add the bottom colour shade to the lid. Use the darker shade in the eye crease and the top colour as a highlight over the brow . Complete the look by adding the sparkle top coat where desired. Apply wet for even more colour intensity.
