The leaves are full and consists of careful plucking consisting of only the fine tips and the two leaves from that section of the garden, namely the upper block busty, which has a very fertile soil. The villagers practice seasonal agriculture in this region which also adds to the soil being fertile coupled with a good forest covering and the resultant humid conditions makes this section one of the most ideal region for growing good teas. Liquor: The light lemony greenish crystal clear liquor is aromatic and has sweet floral notes which is also noted with the dry leaves. This floral tea has a good body with hints of smooth astringency which brushes the senses which settles around the palate as a feel good taste. The sweet floral aromas gradually waxes and wanes and covers the entire olfactory and lingers for a good time after the sip. Apart from floral notes, complex flavors of tropical fruits like melons were noted. A good second infusion was steeped at 6 minutes of t 95ºC. which produced equally good cup. Steeping Advised: A 2.5gm of tea leaves for a cup of 200ml water is advised which is brought to a temperature of around 90ºC to 95ºC (194ºF to 203ºF) and steeped for 5 minutes.
