I initially bought this product because of an article that recommended an oral antioxidant to fight acne; When I searched for oral antioxidants on Amazon I found this product and I had NO idea how many doors it would open for my heslth. After taking this for 3 days, I noticed I didn't need to take my beta blocker at work (I'm 24 years old and take propranolol before each shift for uncontrollable hand tremors- I work in the medical field and have to do very fine motor movements). Also, I noticed my mood was inexplicably better than usual. This is only after 3 days.I have to admit, I didn't realize what I was talking when I received the product, but after researching some scholarly articles on the Tulsi plant, I am so grateful this herb found me!No noted skin improvements yet, (I don't expect fast results with that) but I plan to update this review in a few months.

These pills are only 3/4 full but this was the only bottle in my extensive Amazon search that just said Tulsi & nothing else on the label itself. Nice, easy, simple label. No flags or religulous names.I will buy again just for that reason alone.
