Great Little Pump
I bought this pump to replace the one that came with my fountain and quit working properly after five years. I chose it based on its specifications and reviews. It was easy to install and is working flawlessly. I can't even hear it running and the flow is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend it.

Fish pump
Fish pump, came as described; to replace another pump @210gph does not seem to pump as much water as the one it replaced that was also a 210gph. Works fine just not enough for my tank. Had to upgrad. And yes it was all the way open. Just did not seem like a lot of flow compared to what it was.

Works quietly!
The media could not be loaded. Great pump for the price especially. Downsides are that it says that I have to remember to bring it in during a freeze and will overheat if pump runs without water. I didn’t subtract stars because at this price, you’re not getting the maverick. I had used a 15 watt initially but this 10 watt actually works better and more quietly. The last one was actually too powerful and splashed water everywhere. Now I’ve had it for 5 minutes so…

pump is not worth it, get a more expensive reliable pump
broke on third use. piece of garbage.

Pump works well for the money. The flow adjustment switch really didn’t seem to do anything to flow rate though.

The media could not be loaded. That’s a “Four Feet” Fountain but the pump is in full power mode and pushing up approximately two feet.Build quality seems fine postage was fast came with a floppy plastic tube but sufficient for what I needed.TBH I thought hood value for money as I had seen a very similar spec item in store and it was double the price I paid on Amazon. 👍

Not Bad For The Price Have not used It Long Enough to Say Anything About Longevity but Work's Good So Far, Nice and Small Too.
