1 x 50mm Black Side Release (Quick Release) Buckles

Just what I needed to keep my Cummerbund done up!

I bought this to replace the buckle on my rucksack as one half of it had fallen off. Naturally, as soon as I removed this from the packaging, meaning I couldn't really return it, I found the other half of the original buckle. I think, therefore, that the buckle has magical properties.In all seriousness, as for this buckle, it was firm and secure and did the job well enough although I couldn't work out how to stop the receiving end slipping - maybe that was a 'me' thing. The pronged end (I'm so sorry if there are actual technical words for the two halves) allowed me to double-back the strap but that wasn't an option on the receiving end - perhaps it is intended for a fixed strap rather than a rucksack waist strap. Perhaps that's blindingly obvious to most people but not to me :O(

First class product, very strong ‘snap’ so no chance of buckle sliding apart, made from a quality plastic with a good glossy finish.

This 50mm Black Buckle and 50mm Polypropylene Webbing arrived promptly and as described. Good looking and hard wearing they worked perfectly on a safety belt to hold my wife on the bath seat.Great value for money. Would recommend.

fitted this onto my hiking backpack waist belt and it often pops open when walking - i'm guessing due to the weight and pressure on the clip. not perfect for this purpose

Whilst the product is fine, the description did not point out that the Male side of the clip is not designed for a tension grip, it will only work if you sew it into the webbing.

Replacement for a lost buckle on my lowepro AW 400 seems I need to be more careful when out in the countryside,this buckle replacement is more than adequate and does the job perfectly
