Got2b Glued Bonding Glue, For Protective styles, Gentle on Scalp, Wig Glue 6 oz

As a new wig wearer, I have not used too many wig glues but I lucked out with this one. It drys clear and lasted all day for me! However, I have not sweated in this wig on a hot day so I’ll see how it does then but so far so good!

Great for sculpting your edges. Dries clear and no flaking. A little goes a long way. If you use a long it will flake.

So firstly, I used this once and didn’t use a hair dryer, I just used a thin layer and let it air dry to tacky and put the unit on with a headband for 20 minutes. Fail.This time, I coated the lace with the unit turned inside out on a block head, blow dried it and repeated that step. Then I put a thin layer on my scalp (after cleansing with alcohol) and blow dried that until tacky. Put the unit on, lined it up and blow dried it. I used a sectioning comb to press down my edges and voila! It is STUCK ON THERE.It goes to show how much of a difference a blow dryer makes.

I had originally bought this product bc it was something I had seen other people using and getting results with their wig installs so I expected to see good results but I had such a hard time trying to like this product it is such a crappy wig/lace glue! My lace was lifting after about 3 hours of having it one my head! It was in fact my first time installing a lace wig on myself however, I made sure I followed each and every step very carefully. I tried different techniques trying to get the glue to melt properly I also tried different techniques to get the wig itself to stay in my head. The only thing this glue is useful for is laying your edges/slicking them back. Please save yourself money and DO NOT BUY this crappy product it is not advertised properly for what its actually for it should not be advertised as wig/lace glue. There are so much better products to use than this!
