Tropical Hawaiian Carribbean Sea Ocean Summer Casual Turtle Pendant Necklace

I received this quickly, a day sooner than the estimated delivery date. Some pendants aren't heavy enough to lay quite right, but I don't have that problem with this one. Even shortened all the way, the turtle still lays nicely at my neckline. Another reviewer mentioned that the picture shows the turtle to be bluish in colour, which it is not. Mine is shades of brown with spots of white. This doesn't really bother me as the turtle is nicely carved and hangs nicely, though I must admit I'm a little disappointed.I was also a little disappointed to find the "Made in China" stamped on the back of the tag hanger the necklace came on...the title/item description/name of the item lead me to think it was from Hawaii (though I looked at so many sea turtle pendants and necklaces, I may have just remembered things wrong).Overall, I'm satisified with this item and look forward to adding it to my collection and wearing it around.

First off, the picture does show it to be blueish in color and thats what I expected. But it's not, it's more shades of brown with the whitish spots accenting it. Next, the shell sticks out a bit, I didn't expect this, but the shell portion is a little gaudy. That disappointed my a little bit, but I got over it because it lays beautifully considering the backside is completely flat.Secondly, I read some reviews that claimed the string wasn't long enough to put over their head. This isn't true thou. In the picture you can see the coils at the top of the beads. You can slide those to were their touching each other on the very top of the string(the part that would be behind your head). If you do that the opening is HUGE! I'll admit when I got it, it took me a minute to figure out, because I had thought the same thing. But it's plenty big, unless your the elephant man.Thirdly, it's a beautiful necklace. I never take it off, it even goes in the shower with me. The string it's on is very comfortable. I get compliments on it daily. So if your looking for a sea turtle necklace, I would definitely recommend this one.

shipping was great, and i really like the necklace, but i was a little surprised when i received it because i expected for the turtle to have those shades of pretty blue all over like in the picture, but theres nothing but brown and spots of white, as well as it looking decently flat in the picture when actually the turtle SHELL is about 3/4-1inch tall! i wear it and like ...its just a bit bigger than i expected is all

I have to say Im disappointed ITS NOT BLUEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! its a hidiouse blackish brown with a little white spots i DIED when I saw it its small the shell is bullky now some things I like is that I very well made, waterproof I like how the cord is adjustable and it came really fast and it looks Hawaiian but I don't like how they said it would be blue in the pic it was perfect but other than that ehhhhhh

The pendant lived up to the product ad. Nice balance and sturdy materials. Craftsmanship on the piece has a level of finesse to be appreciated. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the color difference from the photograph shown (as greenish or jade, but the product I received actually has brown tones that I actually prefer - but for another buyer they may not have appreciated the difference)

It's not exactly what's pictured. The coloring is different and the shape of the shell is more bubbled up and rounded. Also it appears larger than you would think from the picture.For what it is, it's an OK pendant. Just not exactly what I thought I was ordering.

I wear this turtle around all the time every day. I was disappointed that it's not green as pictured, instead it looks dark brown with a little bit of white running through it, I think it's made of resin. The chords are adjustable so you can wear it really long or cinch it up shorter around your neck. I like the couple beads along the chord above the turtle and I love how this is kind of a chunky piece. Definitely gives an accent to whatever I'm wearing

i have shared some pictures to show you the real color and how thick it is. i love the blue in the picture but I read the reviews here before buying it so I knew not to expect that color. Anyways, it is pretty big. The whole thing is about the size of a half-dollar and the turtles shell juts out at least an inch. it looks beautiful.
