KEENMen's Circadia Mid Waterproof Hiking Boots

Generous width for those who find Berghaus boots too narrow, comfortable straight out of the box and waterproof (so far). Reasonable price as long as they can last a year, I would happily buy another pair at that point.

Perfect fit very comfy

Primarily bought for walking the dog.Was surprised how comfortable they were straight out the box. As they have a wider foot bed with room for moving your toes,they come up about right on size, although feel bigger because of being wider.They give moderate support and do give a feel through the soles on what's underfoot.They have surprisingly good grip on wet stones and grass.Cannot say as yet how durable the soles are,but not bought to last many years due to wanting grip as opposed to length of longevity.Our walks are mainly coastal paths and beaches, so plenty of muddy tracks and slippery surfaces.They are a mix of natural and man made materials which allow them to dry quicker than just leather boots.They will let in water after a certain amount of time of being continually wet, as do nearly all boots do,but as I've said do dry quite quickly.Found after plenty of wet socks that the only way to keep feet dryer is waterproof socks.An absolute game changer.Forget the very expensive boots that claim to be waterproof,use the extra money on socks.The plus points being.Comfortable, excellent grip, easy to dry.Minus points being,water resistant as opposed to waterproof and possibly quicker wearing soles than usual.Unsure as to how long the fabric lace guides will last,but seem to be adequate.

I've had these less than a year and they are falling apart. The side fabric split on the crease, like other reviews, and the sole is coming apart. I've had to glue them back together twice to try and get them through the winter, then they're going in the bin.It's so disappointing, as Keen are a good make. I spent ages researching waterproof boots within my price range, and these came up as recommended, but they've been the worse yet.Initially very comfortable, and they have, amazingly, retained their waterproofness despite falling apart. I walk daily on rough, boggy, hilly ground, usually between 2 and 6 miles, then occaisonal longer walks on weekends. Maybe these boots were just not up to the kind of hard usage and tough terrain. I'm very pleased the colour I bought were on a super offer on Amazon, and that I didn't pay full price for them.

I do like these boots. Too big for the size though, which is ok for the toes but the ankle support is tentative at best. I tried the size below too and while a little better around the ankles, the rest of the boot was feeling the loss. Still, I will stick with them as they are perfect for me in every other way.EDIT: Stitching has come undone on one of the material lace eyelets. Have only worn them twice. I now have to phone Amazon to get them replaced. And we all know what a nightmare calling Amazon is but as the 30 days has just passed(by 4 days)there's nowhere to do it online.EDIT2: Not really waterproof. In a short light shower they are but anything beyond that, the socks get wet!

Ordered size 10, am a size 10 and these fit true to size. I bought these boots as I like the wide fit of KEEN shoes and also as my last pair lasted about six years so I don't mind paying a bit extra for a well made product.I found them generally comfortable from day one and their grip in the wet and the mud is really very good indeed. I did find I would get some light discomfort in the centre of my foot after about fifteen minutes of walking in them but this went away after a few more minutes. This happened with both pairs I've had but I've never experienced this with KEEN boots before.Unfortunately after only four months of occasional wear, mainly dog walks nothing very adventurous, both boots failed at the front of the boot eventually splitting completely. - I wonder if this is due to the very wet winter we have had this year and the leather material of these boots which do seem to take several days to dry out, much longer than any other boot I've ever had.So this is actually my second pair of the KEEN Circadia Mid boots and my first pair failed in exactly this same way in about the same time. (Why did I buy another pair you ask? well I had bought the first pair, found them comfortable and so bought a second pair as they were here at a good price. Unfortunately when the first pair failed after about four months the return window was closed.)I will say KEEN have been very fair with their warrantee and have refunded or exchanged both pairs so I am not put off buying KEEN in future. I am disappointed that I can't really buy another pair of these as they are by far the best gripping boots I've had for walking in muddy fields and woods. Perhaps they can tweak the design or materials in a future revision to fix this issue.

Great looking boot, solid build, still lightweight and great out the box. Originally got a 10.5 thinking they were true to size. Nope Half size down at 10 is perfect. Got the black ones for work in package delivery. Great for ankle support with the heel lock. Changed the insole to Dr. Scholls work comforts. Way better than the ones they came with. Overall great out the box. Can wear these all day no problem. Maybe a day to break in walked around the house with them outside did some different movements very flexible. Only time will tell to see how they hold up.

Keens are a great shape for my feet as they have a wide toe box. I wanted 9.5 womens so I ordered the 8 men's. Fits as it should. My last hiking keens lasted over 10 years. Kept them till there were holes in the bottoms. Very comfortable. Good return policy incase they don't fit. Came next day very fast delivery

Muy buen diseño y cómodos. La suela es como una goma resistente que les da muy buen agarre al suelo. Eso si, vienen más amplios de lo normal. Usualmente uso talla 11us en esta marca pero los tuve que cambiar por unos 10.5us y estos últimos me quedaron perfectos.

La entresuela tiene el punto medio justo entre suavidad y dureza para caminar sin que se te cansen los pies o sin sentir las rocas. Probadas en senderos secos de terracería y bosque, en caminatas cortas de 4-6 km, la suela tenía buen agarre. Quedan por probar en senderos lodosos.
