A wonderful and encouraging read. I could really relate to what she shared and I really hope it helps women young and old feel better about themselves.

My daughter has been having issues with thinking she is fat and not very pretty. Well, she is a beautiful young lady and after she told me about this book, I RUSHED to order it from Amazon. ( My daughter is a size 5 !!! )She has commented a few times about the book and I do think it is one of the better ones out their on self images for teens. I commend Miss Schwarzegger for writting it as it will definitly help many young women. I give it a 10 out of ten for sure !!! If you have a daughter , niece, or know a teen girl, buy the book for them !!!!!

Although some of the information in this book seemed obvious to my 15 year old daughter, much of it may not be to teens in different socio-economic environments. My daughter was quite pleased with the way Katherine discussed self-image and learning to love oneself for who you are.

I have found this book very helpful and useful in working with young girls, especially teens who lack confidence and who are trying to figure out who they are. The text, written by someone who has been there, is easily understood and helpfully convincing.

This book is truly a inspiring book that has given me a new-found confidence. I never thought about half of the topics that she brought up, that relate to our self-image, and confidence. I would't be as strong as I am without this book, thank you Katherine!!
