Decentg product for price but lacking some important components
I bought these because my diet is generally pretty good and I already take a high quality omega-3 and vitamin D supplement, so this was more of a ‘just-in-case’ purchase. I therefore didn’t want anything too expensive. I wouldn’t use these alone as there is no omega supplementation and they contain vitamin D2 rather than D3. D2 is the cheaper form produced by yeasts, D3 is more active and bioavailable, there are some studies suggesting D2 is not as good at boosting serum vitamin D levels and the increase doesn’t last as long. The difference may not be overly significant but for me a personal preference would be to use a D3 supplement.

Excellent product at an excellent price
Great product!! I’ve been using it throughout my pregnancy and continuing for breastfeeding. Better take it with a meal or in the evening before bed; I found it easier when coping with nausea during the first few months.

Has done nothing but cause sickness with my wife, and no it hasn't just been morning sickness, she is fine if she hasn't taken these tablets.

Plant-based Organic Supplement for Mums
I love that this product is made for both vegans and vegetarians. They are also packed with 16 essential vitamins and minerals and are plant-based which means my body can break them down easily. I started taking them a few months when I was trying to conceive up until now. (I am now 6 months pregnant). The only downside I can think of is maybe the unpleasant smell but then again, everything smells awful to me since I got pregnant so I didn't see it as a major issue. I just gulp it down quickly with a big glass of water.

a punto de caducar
pedí el multivitáminico x que soy alérgica a la carne y la mayoría de vitaminas tienen recubierta de gelatina de origen animal. Me urgía tomarlas, pero caducan en Julio de este año, decidí no devolverlas, pero si hubiera estado en otra circunstancia y hubiese podido esperar para tomarlas las habría devuelto.

Sans effet pour booster la lactation
J’avais pris le fenugrec pour booster la production de lait mais cela n’a rien change. Je suis déçue de ce produit.
