Super buena, ayuda mucho a los bebés con la irritación

My doctor recommended this and I do like it but I find it hard to get out of the tube. Maybe I'm just weak but I have to push really hard to get it out. I didn't have any problem with the smaller size but this size is so much more cost efficient.
