If you are shopping ... buy this. I live south of Daytona and tried 2 other antennae. This was by far the best. This AM I did a channel check with the old antenna (2 weeks old) and got 30 channels..I installed this and it went to 62. The major difference is that the old antenna did get 30 channels ... but some 'pixelated' at odd time of the day. This one counted the channels and all are perfect. The install was easy ... and I used the amplifier. Very satisfied. It will not mount on an old DirectTV mount ... I disassembled that and put this next to it. It is very light and.small. For someone whontried inside, outside (twice) ... this was where I will stop.

Not even close to range advertised.
I purchased this item in hopes of improving reception. I was using an older Clearstream single figure 8. This unit didn't even perform as well as the older antenna. I took this one down. The amplifier is junk. The antenna is cheaply made. For $90 I expected a lot more. This was a waste of money for me. Stick to established brands like Clearstream.

crapped out after less than a year
Worked good at first, but about 9 months later we were only able to get one channel. Can't seem to figure out how to return it, they are no longer in stock. Will have to contact Amazon directly I guess. UGH!

Flimsy antenna
Antenna is quite flimsy and the attachment not strong to withstand low to moderate wind.

The antenna is OK and can pick up the signal ...
The antenna is OK and can pick up the signal as suppose to be. The amplifier with the product is jerk as it won't do any work not matter you hook up close to TV set (back of TV set) side or antenna side. The reason I make any this statement is because without amplifier I can pick more signal than with the amplifier. In short, you need to buy the line amplifier if you want to pick more signal.

Two Stars
Lightweight and flimsy. More to installation than meets the eye.

I have better reception at night for whatever reason
Because I travel 100% for a living, I did not get a chance to install this until Thanksgiving Day. I live in the country, about 55 to 65 miles out of the Atlanta downtown area. I tried the attic first, nothing. So I tried a tall ladder with this antenna tied to the top. I raised the ladder high and tried again to tune the TV to the antenna. Again, nothing whatsoever.Bummed I cannot get my money back for this junk. I went back to my old antenna, tuned the DTVair, and got three channels in during the day. I have better reception at night for whatever reason, up until 9 p.m.DO NOT BUY IMHO

Not worth the money
Had less reception than my $20 indoor antenna. Tried it in the attic then outside and in both locations it under performed the old flat indoor antenna.
