Simple to use, no setup at all, priced right and works - Great!I love this Remote!When I opened the box and saw 'just the remote' - no instructions - nothing! - I was upset. I had to use my own batteries! he unit comes with No batteries. So far - so bad! Then I put in batteries - and pressed 'On' Expecting disappointment as I hadn't gone through the usual 'setup' to select the correct TV etc. as most universal remotes do. But this one - just worked! I don't know how - but just by putting the batteries in - it worked with my TV! I bought it mostly for the Backlit feature - which love. Being able to clearly see the keys is big help esp. when watching at night. I remote works perfectly. I do like it very much and would absolutely recommend it.

Size, backlit buttons, works 100%.
I recently bought a new Samsung smart tv (Model - QN55S90CAF). The tv works great, but I didn’t like the very small remote that came with it.The small remote was clumsy to use and I really didn’t like the volume and channel toggles. They were very sensitive.I’m used to a big remote, so much so I resurrected an old Logitech Harmony universal remote I had. The only thing that sort of work with the Logitech was the volume control but even that would jump 2 levels at a time and not one. Also the Logitech had no “home button”. Nothing else worked to operate the Samsung. Sometimes the tv would lock up even and I had to reboot it.I found this SMATAR remote on Amazon and purchased it mainly because it had a Smart Hub button, backlit display and good reviews.I’m very happy with this SMATAR, everything works as it should.

Great first Samsung Remote
Better than remote supplied by Samsung, much more easy and intuitive to use as Samsung doesn't supply user manuals with its non intuitive remote. Large corporations these days seem to supply needed accessories for products which are at best difficult to use. The way of the world.

Amazing, just turn it on!
No pairing, just put in batteries and it works. Replaced the ridiculous tiny remote that came with our TV. The power button is a bit hard to press, I have to sort of use my fingernail, but that’s my only complaint.
