I tried this conditioner, along with the shampoo that goes with it. I figure I may as well review both items, incase anyone is interested in the set. To start, the bottles are nice, and pretty simple, and it was very easy to. I was able to squeeze just enough product out, without worrying about too much, or too little coming from the bottles. Both the shampoo and conditioner had a similar, light scent to them, that smelled pretty nice to me. I can’t really think of a way to describe the smell, but it definitely was not unpleasant, or overwhelming at all.My hair is naturally very tightly curled, and comes to about shoulder length, so my hair requires moisture, and since it’s short I wouldn’t need to use a large amount of product. So I started by coming my hair throughly, prior to rinsing. I then applied shampoo to my hair, and noticed my hair felt very nice even with the shampoo in it. It layered up nicely while I was massaging my scalp ad well. When I rinsed the shampoo out of my hair, my hair did feel clean without a dried out feeling, which is something I have had issues with when it comes to my natural coils and some brands of shampoos. So to start, this shampoo did a really great job for my hair.Moving onto the conditioner, I was already expecting great results based off of the shampoo, and I was not disappointed at all. The conditioner does seem to have a more lightweight feel, compared to a conditioner you may find at a drugstore. I did feel like I had to use a bit more conditioner than I expected too, but it may be because I’m not use to using a conditioner that is this lightweight. It did go onto my hair without issues and felt nice, but not as great as I was expecting initially. As with all conditioner, I let it sit on my hair for a few minutes, and that’s exactly what I did with this one, after I combed it through. I only let it it in my hair for about 2 minutes, but after those 2 minutes, my hair just felt amazing. It was obvious this product had really penetrated my curly strands and gave me some much needed Moisture that my hair loves.After rinsing the conditioner out I let my hair air dry for a little bit, without adding anything, just to get a better idea of the results of this shampoo and conditioner, and my hair felt great, looked great, and smelled great. I was surprised that it seemed to be nice and shiny looking, even without any leave in products. Since I planned to blow dry my hair, I did use a little serum(from a different brand) and proceeded to blow dry.Overall I am absolutely in love with the results of this natural shampoo and conditioner, and would highly recommend them. They are on the pricer side for a shampoo and conditioner, but they are absolutely worth it, and I would definitely try more products from this brand.

This Evolve shampoo made quite a bit of suds but rinsed out easily. Though I used a conditioner from another brand on my ends, it was a little difficult to wet-brush through my hair after I towel dried it.However, as some of you baby fine thinner hair'ed people know, that often means we'll have more body in our hair if it is slightly 'tangled' or a little difficult to wet-brush through because that often means the hair shaft has swelled some and/or that our hair isn't too saturated with 'softening' or 'conditioning' product that weighs down our hair. That may mean if you have coarser hair it will be a different experience for you, perhaps.I just quickly blew dry my hair (without any product applied) with a paddle brush and went on my way figuring the fullness would lie flat in a bit. Later I looked at my hair and was happy to see it still looked full and shiny. It didn't turn flat at all. This is a big plus for me and my fine hair!The scent is pleasant enough--there is an underlying scent that's a bit strange, but overall a nice scent if a bit too sweet for my tastes. However, it doesn't overpower or isn't 'in my face' afterward so that's good.I no longer hi-light or color my hair and my hair isn't necessarily damaged or dry, but I love that this shampoo made my hair full and shiny and that I didn't get the 'flyaways' that I normally have when the air is very dry.

I feel like I would really like this shampoo if it didn't smell like bubble gum. It seems to be good quality, it lathers up well, and leaves my hair feeling smooth and clean. The label and ingredients look sleek and clean, and I was happy to see that it had a lot of organic ingredients. I was just confused by the added fragrance for a product that's marketed as natural/organic. If you like the smell of bubble gum, you'll definitely like this shampoo, but if you don't like the smell of bubble gum or if you think the scent is best reserved for children's shampoos, then I would recommend something different.

You might find this perfect if you have virgin hair (no processes like color or perm). It will take care of some oiliness without leeching too much moisture. I recommend this for normal scalp and hair texture, but as with most shampoo purchases, I might revert to a cleanser rather than a soap. I needed shampoo and tried this lovely product. Cleansers might make my hair feel lighter weight, because I have as delicate wave pattern, and thinning hair. My roots have to lift, not be weighed down. So for me, the solution is finding a companion conditioner along with this that will balance it out, not too frazzled or too weighed down. More concisely, I am recommending a conditioner by this name brand or something that adds what this removes too much of something. However, if you find this perfect for average hair textures, you might only need a lightweight conditioner. It is all a balanThe bottle is lovely. This purchase is an acceptable value! I love the ingredients, and I recommend you add another product from this line to someone's gift box as well. Organic items like this with exceptional ingredients are sought after in many homes.Enjoy!

This Natural Monoi Rescue Shampoo lathers up nicely. I really like that it's a clean made shampoo and that it doesn't have any harmful chemicals or bad ingredients in it. It's also vegan. It feels good on my scalp when I'm washing my hair.This shampoo is really good for dry damaged or color treated hair. It's very moisturizing. Once I rinse this shampoo out, I can tell that my hair is very clean. I can also let my hair air dry, or I can blow dry it, and it feels nice and soft.
