Muscle stimulator seems to work well, easy to get on and use and helps keep the muscle and lymps moving while sitting for work so I don’t feel as stagnant while I work. I’ll give it some more time to decide if I love it

I feel that I get more results using the ones for biceps than abs. Good product in my opinion

This product is a great asset (not replacement) to a full body workout. All complete, functional movement begins from the core & this product is a great supplement to a good workout routine. For men it is recommended to use the product with less body hair if possible so there is more skin-surface contact. With that, one can experience better results from the product that will stabilize the core, protect the back, and help general health with time. It does work on moderate intensity so keep that in mind, and follow the directions listed with the product for best results.

Expected to be much more powerful stimulant in muscles than actual experience - will be returning this product back.

I've had it for a few days now and although I won't see any results just yet im excited to see the outcome. Conveniently I can wear this while working from home and days I dont feel like doing much. Will update as soon as some time passes.

I have been using this for couple of weeks now and do feel a difference in my workouts. I like the contracting feelings on my lower back and stomach. My muscles feel as if they are being toned better and workouts are easier than before. I can take breaks in my routine and still know my muscles are working because of these. I would prefer it if they only needed charge and then I can recharge it. That would be more convenient but they need batteries. They are neatly organized in the box. Setup is easy as placing a sticker on your body. Easy to use and very convenient. Dont worry if you sweat because it doesn't damage it or disturb it.

The muscle stimulator is working good. I have been using it past one week now & is helping me in the work out. Wont be able to see the results this early but over all I did like the product. Very easy & simple to use. Worth for this price!!!

I can feel the machine working! I will have to touch base later about results but it was easy to use and I can feel the muscles being stimulated. There are different modes and different strengths. I do wish the instruction manual specified which mode does what but I was able to try each one by clicking through the buttons easily. Note this does take batteries so be sure to have those on hand. But overall cool product! I was able to lay watching TV while using this device to activate my core. It has additional pieces for smaller muscles too which is quite handy. Using the device is as simple as sticking it on and pressing the buttons to your desired mode.
