Exactly what I wanted. Looked great and were sturdy.

We purchased these for our bridal party proposals for our wedding and we could not be any happier with them.

I have ordered boxes before and there was no issue with the magnets keeping the boxes closed. These black ones I ordered are not the same. :( I'm bummed. They easily open up with a touch of a finger so it's really hard to keep them closed. I will need to use ribbon to tie the box to make sure it stays closed. Hope this helps! Might be hit or miss but just thought I would share. They would have been perfect (5 stars) if they stayed close.

These are extremely well built. Heavy cardstock that's coated, semi-gloss. and magnetic lids. I am using these as bases for paper art. I think they are kind of spendy but I don't want to spend a bunch of time making my own box out of chipboard so I am ok with paying that.I ended up needing to rough up the surface to ensure that my paper and embellishments would glue well.As another reviewer mentioned, some of the magnets are weaker than they should be. The lid comes open easily and I will end up adding reinforcement - which I feel should be needed.I do love the way these were packaged. They make sure your boxes arrived undamaged and that was great!!
