Worked perfectly on my X11SPM-F
Works well, installed without a problem. Had to punch out a few slots which was easy enough, be careful not to cut yourself on the sharp metal.

Perfect Fit for Supermicro X10SL7-F, Excellent EMI Shielding!
I recently embarked on a DIY NAS project using a used serverboard, but encountered a small hiccup – the board came with a proprietary I/O shield that was incompatible with standard consumer ATX cases. My search for a solution led me to this I/O shield, which turned out to be a perfect match for my 'Supermicro X10SL7-F' motherboard. One of the things I appreciated about this shield was its adaptability. I had to remove 2 USB ports and 1 Ethernet port to align it with my motherboard's layout, but to my delight, everything lined up flawlessly after these minor adjustments. The precision in fitment made the installation process smooth and hassle-free.What really stood out to me was the inclusion of a conductive foam padding on the back of the shield. This isn't just your average cushioning – it serves as an effective EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) gasket. This feature is particularly impressive as it not only enhances the shielding against electromagnetic interference, ensuring signal integrity, but also adds a layer of protection to the motherboard by absorbing any potential shocks during installation.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase. It's not often that you find an I/O shield that not only fits perfectly but also comes with high-end features like EMI shielding. For anyone working on a similar project or needing a reliable replacement for their serverboard, I highly recommend this I/O shield.

Fits Supermicro X10SLH-F
This I/O Shield ended up being a lot better than I thought it would. The company (MITXPC) shipped it out very quickly and I got it in a few days. I just wanted to let people know that this will also perfectly fit the Supermicro X10SLH-F with just a couple of tabs pushed out of it. It looks great in the new NAS I'm building.

came just like in the picture
came just like in the picture. used this since a used x11-ssh board i bought came without one. This will NOT fit 1u servers as a heads up. if you are trying to put this in a 1u you will need to trim the top. most supermicro 1u cases come with a built in io shield though. (this wasnt my case, but i came across the info when researching online. thought i would echo it here for those looking)
