PROS:Definitely notice a whiter smile.Removed some stains which were bothering me.Good value for money.CONS:Does make the gums very irritable with repeat use. I would advise using them every other day.The lower strips are not the best quality or cut, making them a nightmare to get off the sheet and onto your teeth.Once I became more used to these strips, they became fairly easy to apply and the results were better than expected. Sometimes I forgot I was even using them.Protip: Cotton or a sheet of bounty tissue in your mouth, will stop you winning the gold at drool Olympics.

I bought this item thinking it would do as it said. Unfortunately it was a big fat lie. If you are looking for a whitener look elsewhere. The so called strip that is supposed to be attached to the upper and lower teeth does not stick!! In addition, it tends to melt away like it was decomposing.I contacted the seller and I was told that it was a non-refundable item and that if it was faulty, then I should send photos of the ones I had tried to use that went wrong. I ti ride expalaing but their response was so sad. No customer etiquette at all. The whiteness stick and slime they had to be chucked in the bin. And mind you I have used whitening strips before so I DO know how to use them. It's a sorry case for this product. Save yourself any hassle, simply stay away

After first use I noticed the difference! Read the instructions for a better result. Will be buying again and again. Just as good as crest 3D luxe which are expensive

The product can cause teeth sensitivity. Make sure brush teeth after use to remove and don't exceed 30 min. I did very 3rd day to make time to heal. I also used sensitive toothpaste and mouth wash after and held mouthwash in for 10 min after. Results are Ok, but more warning on sensitivity should be given.

I would buy this product again. Very good value for money. Great delivery.Needed a couple of applications though,before I noticed a difference in my teeth.
