Really are just great strings every time
They just sound and feel great every time. They last pretty well, they are warm but articulate as well, but mainly just deliver the same quality consistency each fitment. I think they are really good value and an easy go-to string on my Faith acoustic, which just ages better and better like Helen Mirren !

Great sound and easy picking for a novice
Well, I am no novice to changing strings on instruments but unfortunately I had a couple of strings snap on tune up, that said it was dealt with by Amazon very quickly. So I have ordered another set and waiting for delivery, in the meantime I’ve looked at the remaining 4 strings. They tuned up easily and nicely, the finish is of good quality and finish as expected. I found that the action was gentle on the fingers which is as it should be for light strings and allows for a nice finger picking and strum. The sound is warm with a good range of smooth sound from low to high strings and no fret buzz that is usual with light strings (part of the trade off between sound produced or painful fingertips while learning). If you are starting out then I would recommend these strings to start with until you have progressed enough to move up to heavier gauge

Decent strings for a good price.
Yes, I bought a super light gauge set ... And it makes playing my acoustic a breeze. I can make bends, play way faster and finally enjoy the acoustic guitar. And that simply because I changed to the lightest strings. And the acoustic guitar now sounds brighter and more articulated then before. Love those strings, can only recommend.

Excellent strings
I normally use Martin SP phosphor bronze strings on my acoustic guitar but I was on a tight budget and these were a good price. I had not tried 85/15 before so I thought I’d give them a go. I’ve now had them on the guitar for a few weeks and they are still sounding good. They are definitely brighter sounding than phosphor bronze. Much closer to the sound of 80/20. Probably good for taming a big boomy dreadnought but I’d prefer something a little warmer sounding on a smaller bodied guitar. Mine are fitted to a jumbo & work well. I would probably buy them again for this guitar. They required minimal stretching to get the tuning stable. Despite some fairly heavy strumming they stayed in tune well & the guitar was still in tune the next day when I picked it up.I would definitely recommend these strings.
