The Big Aqua Book of Beginner Books

My son is a huge fan of Dr. Suess. In fact, his books are some of the very few books that he'll read. We already had the orange book like this and he loved it. We were looking for more books like that and this is the only one we've found that's all Dr. Suess and we're very happy with this purchase. The hardcover is of great quality and should hold up against my fidgety 7-year-old and the paper isn't super thin so should be a little harder to rip so I'm hoping it will remain in good conditions for a long time.

The media could not be loaded. My daughter loves these book collections as do I. For starters, they are a HUGE price break. We previously bought the BIG Blue Book of Beginner books and added it to our mostly Sandra Boynton collection to get some longer and more complex stories. We picked the the blue one up for around 20.00 at a retail (non-Amazon) and this one on pre-order for around 10.00. You could pay that for just one or two books, but these take up 1/2 the space. This one has 6 books included and they are fantastic for travel. In these two small books, we have 12 stories to take on the road!The stories are some of the classics we grew up with and we love the Robert Lopshire books "new tricks I can do", "put me in the zoo", etc. Also a lot of the books are a little longer than your normal board books so you get some really quality story time in with those little ones who are just starting pre-school.I'd highly recommend all of the BIG books series books and they are WELL worth the entertainment and price. I am giving this book to a young boy who loves to read, for Christmas. It makes it easier to have different books together when he needs to visit his grandmother.

Great stories all in one book!

My son really loves reading these books! They have colorful pages with bold large text, which is great for comprehension and easier for beginner readers to follow along. Excellent price for 6 complete Dr. Seuss stories. I would definitely recommend!

These books makes my youngest grandson light up. every time i go over to his house, he wants to know when we can have a playdate so he can read to me I JUST LOVE IT

Great books for reading to young kids. We have several of the big book collections and they’re such a good value. They’re also perfect for taking on vacation or a weekend to see family as one book has stories for several nights.

I like these collections and more importantly so does by child. These are great after having read the abridged versions in the board books. Nice to see the full versions, though changes were minor and pretty random. My child likes to point at the story that we should read which is kind of fun. I guess all the stories here are more or less good.
