Absolute garbage, one of them broke the first time I attempted to use them which happened to be 2 DAYS PAST THE RETURN WINDOW - These were delivered on October 1st and yesterday (Nov. 2nd) was the first time I tried to stretch a pair of heels - it's not like this is a daily use item, this something one would only need to use very occasionally There is an inner arrow shaped piece which is what gets screwed down forcing the spreaders apart and it's made of PLASTIC and it snapped apart as soon as I started turning the crank to open the stretchers - it's useless now and I am so spitting mad I can't see straight. Total waste of money, I should have ordered the expensive wood and metal ones to start with but didn't want to spend that much so now I'm going to have to spend that much plus what I wasted on this worthless garbage.
