Broke during normal use but the insurance Squarexxxx doesn't cover! Don't buy insurance! The sound part still work but battery only last 2 hour. Also, when battery is out it busts SUPER LOUD reminder from the headphone for you to recharge. SUPER ANNOYING.

I am giving this 2 stars for the simple reason that they seem to brake very easily. I bought these for 2 of my kids and they seems to work well, but brake easily by the ear piece when you grab them. By grab them I mean just pick them off the table and put them on. I would have given them 4-5 when we originally rec'd them, but this is the second pair that has broken.

First of all, these are more on ear than over ear. Also, there’s a big delay- I noticed it when using facetime. I get that these are cheap and you can’t expect perfection, but my other around-$20 bluetooth headphones did not have any delay at all. Trying to video call someone with it is very very annoying. If you aren’t planning on video calls, this may not matter to you. I returned them.

I bought these headphones for my sister in law and they worked out perfectly. I tried pairing them with several different devices and it worked with every one. The sound is clear and isn't staticky at all. The design is very similar to popular ones I have seen and they are comfortable on your ear. Can't beat the price either!

Dont get my rating wrong, its a fine pair of headphones for the price, they just aren't anything special, and honestly. The headphones themselves are pretty good quality, for less than 20 its pretty normal. The problems with it come in just alot of small annoyances that add up. First the top of the band that has the padding is not secure at all, push on it in any wrong direction and it pops out, the ear pieces are at a slightly awkward angle to wear this just flat on my head ( i wear a beanie 99% of my life so its not a real problem for me), the sound is just a little washed out (like i said still pretty good for a less than 20 dollar headphones). My biggest problem comes from the fact that you put anything in between these and my phone it cuts out randomly, one second ill be jamming than a half second skip, picks up where it was, than a second skip, picks up again, a few minutes later and there is a 2 second break, ect. Otherwise the skip tracks and pause button work well, it picks up and holds the Bluetooth well enough over short distances. I got this as a workshop headset, something that if it gets damaged or left somewhere im not particularly worried about it, also gonna bring them on a long vacation so i dont lose or damage my other headphones. Honestly a solid product for the price, if you are looking for cheap pair of semi disposable headphones that you can take with you without worry and don't like in ear, these are perfect for you. (also a sidenote, it can only be paired with one device at a time, tried to connect them to both my computer and my phone but it wouldn't even find them)

Very nice quality head set. I may be old school, but sometimes earbuds aren’t the most comfortable choice for me. These are very comfortable and audio is clear. Im quite pleased with my purchase.

Purchased this item and 2 year warranty..the first pair broke shortly after I got them so used my warranty and got a second pair..they to broke shortly after getting them. Even though I have a 2 year warranty they told me because they had already covered the first pair the warranty would only cover it again if I purchased another pair. This is cheap and breaks very easily. I don't recommend.

Broke pretty easy with just one drop. Cushion peace came undone and there wasn’t no replacing
