I got a sturdy, good quality item but strained all over the place. Not sure what to do at this point.

Cute aesthetic
I use this for carrying sketchbooks, papers, and folders. Its lightweight and very cute. The downside is that its a little difficult to open due to the fabric material folding over the zipper and its path (I suppose that could be a plus to make it harder for a stranger to sneak it open?) It also doesn't have a firm rectangular shape. It came flattened and tends to want to stay flattened.
