I was expecting this table to be a darker brown but it’s definitely a lighter brown than the product photos. Still works great with my set. It’s metal but has a wood appearance. Fire is warm, flame height is good and adjustable. Comes with glass flame enclosure and clear glass fire gems. Excellent product for the price.

I assembled the product (45 minutes) and attached the propane tank. I opened the valve on the tank. I pushed in the control knob to clear out any gas. When I pushed the ignitor, it did not work. No clicking. No nothing. I put a different battery in the ignitor and it still didn't work. This is garbage. I paid $500 for this and it doesn't work.

Beautiful outdoor fireplace. My only complaint is it does not radiate heat.

Three major issues with the grill:1) The module with the lighter and flame control doesn't fit in the hole it's supposed to slide into; I worked on it for an hour and could NOT get it to fit.2) The side panel door is very poorly engineered. The width of the door is half the width of the side piece the "lock" should attach to to secure the door, so it literally can't stay closed without tape.3) There's a warning in the fine print of one of the various inserts -- warning about exposure to chemicals, including lead and lead components -- none of which was disclosed on the website when I ordered it.

I’ve had this fire table for about 5 months. I had it lit for about 10 mins on a 50 degree fall day and one of the large glass panels shattered luckily no one was right next to it because glass went everywhere. I tried to contact the manufacturer but had no luck with a reply.

I love this. Wish it was a stronger material. Also wish the rocks could cover the burner like other ones. Would be nice to have storage for the glass wind guards. Still very new to us and cant wait to enjoy it more when the summer heat lets up.

We just received this today and it came damaged right from the shipping box. See pictures attached. Also, there are many places where there are scratches on the metal. For the price, I would have definitely not expected to receive the item in this shape.

Just a heads up that it takes a while to put together. Aside from that, it's pretty nice. It's alright in the looks department; for the money, and the feature/functionality, it's great.
