I got this for my husband to use as he is training at home for wrestling and overall fitness. He loves this bag and has found a lot of ways to use it. He doesn't currently use it with the added sandbags for throws, though he plans to add them for squats and lunges. For reference he's 5'11" 160lbs athletic build. Ivan Ivanov knows his stuff, and makes quality products. We also have the Suples Wrestling Dummy.

I bought Bulgarian Bag Model Suples Strong, I liked this Bulgarian Bag, of course I will recommend all of my friends, But I did not get Bag (cover, I thought it’s included)

Suples makes the best products but don’t overestimate your ability to handle this beast. I did. Otherwise loved the product. Returned and bought the leather Suples Strong version M/L. It gave me the ability to work my way up to large. I use this for wrestling and BJJ. My overall core functional strength and anaerobic conditioning has seen dramatic improvements.

My buddy told me about this awhile back. Did my research. Absolutely love it. So many exercises you can do. Now the description says you get a couple of elastic bands. It didn't come with my product.
