Looked to be well built for the application but turned out I didn’t need it.

I bought this, set it up, and let it run overnight. Woke up to a puddle on the floor... Gallons of water spilled everywhere.I checked. The hose was connected correctly, I attached the second drain hose that doesn't use the pump and tried again... Same thing.I tried a third time. Leveled it to perfection... Same problem.I'm done... I sent it back.

First, the unit was packaged with great care. Easy to set up, and to use. I hooked it up and it was plug-and-play. I ran the line to a drain and had my HVAC guy install a neutralizer to be on the safe side. After about an hour I began to notice a difference in the amount of humidity in my basement, and that musty smell is fading. Much better than that store-bought Sears dehumidifier that I had to keep resetting. This thing is a Bull! You will not be dissatisfied.

I needed this dehumidifier for my crawl space which was experiencing mold/mildew due to excessive moisture. I ran it 24/7 for a full week then dialed it back to the point only need to run it about 6 hours /day to keep humidity levels below 55%. It has been a great investment and I am hopeful it will last me a long time w/out issue.
