Works well in integrating all the elements into one package. Very happy with the product since the last firmware update.
Update 19/4/18: Since my previous review back in January, the Nuviz Support Team have released a new simpler version of the firmware which has addressed all the volume issues I had with the unit. I have updated my rating to 5 stars as the volume is more than adequately loud and clear with the supplied headset. The device is quite easy to use and works well. Well done Nuviz.Previous Review.I have been using the Nuviz HUD for approx. a month and in general have found it to be quite good. I had read reviews about poor quality sound and poor navigation, but in my experience the audio has been very clear and the navigation has been quite accurate, so the support team must have been releasing firmware updates to address these issues. The camera is also works well.My main beef with this product has been the insufficient sound volume through the built in headset. At highway speeds of 100-110kph the call volume is far too soft to be intelligible even when all the volumes have been turned to max. I had to return to using my Sena 3S BT headset (paired to Nuviz) instead - which has enough volume gain. There I also face a problem as the music stutters when the camera and music are running at the same time. It seems like the cpu is not powerful enough to drive both at the same time. I contacted Nuviz & They replied that the latest firmware has addressed the sound issue but I still find it's too soft. I have apprised them accordingly & remain hopeful that they will increase the volume at least 1-2dB on the next firmware soon. Without this fix I am no better off than when I had my Sena 3S, gopro camera and android maps connected. With this fixed I would consider the Nuviz a good 1 device solution for all the above applications.

Buyer Beware - Stay away from this company
I bought this back in April and immediately loved it. Everything about it was amazing and incredibly handy for bikers. It was easy to use and offered a simple add-on HUD solution for most existing helmets. And then the system simply stopped being supported. I can't even post a route anymore to use the GPS navigation, which for me was the primary purpose. The company hasn't responded to my emails. Parts of the web page don't always load. My profile is glitched. The application itself constantly glitches even after doing several fresh reinstalls. This was an amazing product that did a double backflip into a fiery pit of despair. I suspect they went out of business.

Out of the Box the audio quality is as bad as you can get
There are so many things I want to rave about on this unit, but the main function I bought this for was to Motovlog and receive calls. Out of the Box the audio quality is as bad as you can get. Speaking to someone on the phone while riding is nearly impossible. You can't hear what they are saying and your voice is severely distorted. During Video recording the bad mic input transfers into your audio. But I have to clarify that Nuviz states you can only connect one BT device. You can actually connect two, if you consider your phone a BT device (which in the app it basically is and that's how it connects to your phone).I have worked out my audio issues by reconnecting my Sena 20S. But that's another 249.00 on top of the 700 for the Nuviz. That's a lot of money for essentially a gimmick utility.

Amazing customer service
Information view is great, lifetime map updates, mildly shock prone, and audio isn't the greatest. I was rear ended by a drunk driver at a red light, and the unit came off the helmet mount. I was fine, bike was totaled. 6 months later, finally got a replacement bike, first ride since the accident, I find that closing my lid causes a reset. I happen to live in Southern California, so I took my unit back to Nuviz main office in San Diego and explain what happened. They took my old unit and handed me a new one, including my surprisingly undamaged combiner and my original battery, even though my original purchase was just over a year ago. So, although there's no phone number to call, their customer service is exceptional. With a better amp and group bt connectivity, this would be hands down 5 star the only unit you'd ever need or want.

Audio in hearable
My only problem is the audio is way to quiet it is unhearable especially during ride. The headset is too quiet and when you pair the nuviz with the sena which is plenty loud the Nuviz lowers the volume to unhearable levels. However the nuviz has a step by step turn instructions time and speedometer. Which is nice I wish they had an ik interactive map like google maps or at least show similar to google maps.but everything that includes audio is worthless.
