Best all around budget scooter for all terrains
***Update 5/18/2023. As mentioned in some reviews, the throttle "broke" while I went over a bump and allowed the front wheel to run at max speed. Pressing the brake, of course, stopped the wheel immediately. I realized this occurred since the motion of my weight coming down caused my thumb to break the throttle. That may sound like its cheap but better to break the throttle than my thumb. So advice is to keep thumb off the throttle when getting air. I communicated through Amazon (find order, select contact seller) and a replacement throttle arrived in a few days. I can't complain about that. It came with video instructions which were adequate but should be left to those comfortable with electronics repairs. End of update***I did tons of research and shopping before I got this scooter and it is a perfect mix of good qualities at a perfect price, more like an insane price of only $449. It's a great entry point to see if you want to move on to higher end scooters.1. It's light at hardly 35 lb. The Evercross H7 is great but very heavy at 90lb.2. Very easy to load in and out of passenger side of car.3. Excellent speed of 20mph on flat pavement with me on it (225lb).4. Decent low incline climbing on streets, but this is not an off road hill climber.5. Great off roader. I have been hill surfing on dirt and grass roads and it is a blast.6. The 10" honeycomb tires with rounded edges make for excellent street riding and comfortable off roading.7. The suspension and deck flexibility make it completely comfortable to do small jumps, curb hops, and bumpy roads.8. The low weight allows jumping over pot holes with ease.9. This is a great selection for a first scooter. Beyond 20mph you can't "run off" the bike in case of a spill. Beyond normal running speeds, the body is not equipped to sustain falls safely. This makes this bike very safe. Become proficient with this scooter before you move on to higher end 20mph+ scooters.10. Speeds: 20mph on pavement, 10-15mph on sand and grass, all fun speeds without worry of major injury.Safety tips for first riders:1. Use all safety gear. Get a helmet with face protection. Face plants are common for new riders. Watch some fail videos on YouTube.2. Start off on soft grass to learn how to maneuver well, brake softly, and properly accelerate before progressing to pavement.3. Survey an area at low speed first. Don't just fly into new areas at high speed.4. Lean back and low when braking and approaching any obstacle which may slow you down quickly such as hole, hill, obstacle etc. This will stop you from being catapulted over the handlebars and onto your face.5. Go up and down off-road hills at a 45 deg angle, not just straight up and down. That way if you spill, you will fall on your side and roll rather than fall forward over the handlebars or on the back of your head.6. Ride on paths where there are no nearby structures such a handrails, trees, cars etc that way you won't run straight into one while you're still learning how to maneuver.7. When you change surfaces, such as pavement to grass or grass to sand, go STRAIGHT and don't turn. LET GO of the throttle and lean back and low to avoid flying towards the handlebars. If the throttle is on max while running into sand, the front wheel will spin and you may lose traction and fall.8. Slow down at corners. Taking these at high speed is a good way to slide out or roll over. Sooner or later a slick or sandy surface will take you down.9. Practice running off the scooter at low speeds, both the left and right side. Practice rolling off to the side (on grass) as well. This will instill good body mechanics in case of a spill. Watch some YouTube videos on how to fall safely. This is the #1 reason people get injured.10. Use a split coupling, pipe clamp, or U-bolt and rubber pad to reinforce the post-to-handlebars connection and the folding joint. These are areas which will likely fail first. These simple secondary reinforcements ensure you won't faceplant when they do. You can find better joints on higher end scooters.11. Get a super bright flashlight and a handlebar mount for it. The light on this scooter is useless for night riding. It is quite an exhilarating feeling to go hill surfing in the mountains on a sunny day or street surfing on a cool night under the stars. It is actually a great cardio workout as well due to the body motions used while maneuvering. If you are looking for adventure, a great mood boost, a good workout, and a ton of fun, an all-terrain scooter like this is a great choice. I am hooked.

Overall great
First week 100km driven impression: Overall, it's a good product and you get extreme value out of the price you pay (After taxes /shipping it came to a total of $690 for me). There are many pros, but also a few things that you may consider flaws.Pros: It has some great features for this price point. Cruise control is great for just driving around your neighborhood or in a park. I'd be lost without it after experiencing it. Hold throttle down for 5 seconds, it'll lock onto the speed and try to stay there until you press it again or hit the brake. It's also good for another reason, which I'll get into later. It has a suspension system which actually works, and make things like transitioning off of sidewalks feel comfortable. It also reduces the impact of big bumps significantly. The vast majority of the vehicle is solidly constructed, and feels great to drive out of the box. Brake feels responsive. Night light is powerful enough for evening drives in dimly lit areas. Enough room on the handlebars to add some accessories like a mirror(recommend) and a cell phone holder (lamicall). The speed/acceleration is consistent. I am 185lbs, and it easily carries me on flat ground to the rated of each speed. Sport will only give you the 30kmph if you at ideal conditions and the battery is in a higher charge range (80-100%). This is shown in the app in Battery Info with "current voltage". The higher the current charge, the more voltage it gives the motor. This allows for higher, more consistent speeds, specifically at sport. Once you dip down into 60% and lower, the voltage lowers about 15-20% and Sport will not give you the maximum speeds as frequently. Once you reach 20% and lower the voltage dips to its lowest point in the low 30's, meaning each speed will struggle to reach its rated speed. Keep this in mind for anyone complaining about speeds not reaching the advertised limit. The heavier the weight also makes a difference. Hills slow it down a fair amount, but almost all scooters with 350w-500w peak power are similar. The battery lasts the rated time, with the following speeds aggregated:Eco-30-35 km full distance ONLY at this speedDrive-20-25 km full distance ONLY at this speedSport-10-15 km full distance ONLY at this speedSport is extremely taxing on the battery, so I avoid it most of the time and just use Drive. It's still fast for me (20kmph capped most of the time) and will get you a solid 20km on a full charge without having to worry about it. I only use Eco if I'm in a really busy traffic area where I'm only going to be going slow anyway. The deck is decently sized, but may be a little cramped for larger feet.Cons: The throttle is plastic and is absolutely breakable. It is the key issue with this unit. If they made it metal or reinforced it better, it would have WAY higher reviews (4.7 stars and up). The throttle is the main reason for the real negativity on this unit.I've had no issues with mine, but thats because of two things: I probably got lucky with manufacturing, and I'm being careful with using it all the time. Do NOT put any more pressure/weight than is required to fully press it. It is not meant to go beyond that, ever Once you cant press down anymore and it hits the bottom, thats it. Leave that amount of pressure. Any weight pressed down on it beyond that can snap it. Also, about the cruise control - Every time you can use it, the better, as you can let go of the throttle, extending its lifespan. Let me be clear - ive had no issues with mine and obviously many others haven't either. But this is the part you HAVE to be careful with or it WILL break. They offer a replacement on their website for ~$50, and I'm half tempted to buy it just so that I have the peace of mind that if it does go, I have another ready to go. This is the main complaint and you can read all the reviews here to see that its consistent enough to be a real issue.A minor gripe is that, very typically, the English is very second rate in all the manuals and documentation, as well as on their website. It always baffles me that these companies can't hire a true translator to just do a once over on their products instead of having bizarre sentences and concepts that aren't fully clarified due to improper translations from Chinese/German to English. Its such a simple thing that so many companies don't bother with. The turn signals are neat but I do not use them frequently enough for me to care about having them, at least right now. You cant use them with cruise control as it zeroes the throttle when pressed so its a minor inconvenience. My unit came new, but the screen was oddly a little scratched up. I'm unsure if this is due to manufacturing tolerances or some sort of other issue, but it doesn't really bother me. Also, i had to use super glue on the reflective stickers near the front wheel, as they were peeling off due to some water splashes. Just something to keep an eye out for if you go through any puddles.Customer support is likely non existent, so before the month is over, make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and have tested your unit thoroughly.Overall I am very pleased. I plan to use this to commute to work and for general enjoyment riding. So far I've run 100km and I've encountered no real issues personally. Thats why it has 5 stars currently. I will update this review as time goes on, as I know how important long term reviews are for purchases like this.

A nice electric scooter 🛴
After two weeks of driving, I wanted to share my experiences with the EVERCROSS EV10K PRO Electric Scooter:Pros:1. The scooter looks sturdy and durable, setting it apart from cheaper products on the market.2. Easy to use. It takes just 10 minutes to set up, and then you're good to go. After five days of driving, I discovered more functions that make it even more functional and powerful. The accompanying App allows you to unlock additional features such as locking the scooter when parked, a top speed of 19 MPH, and a riding record. I highly recommend referring to the manual before taking it out for a spin.3. The scooter is foldable and portable, fitting perfectly in my trunk, so I can take it with me wherever I go.4. Compared to other similar products, the EVERCROSS EV10K PRO has the added safety feature of turn signals.5. I use the scooter almost every day, and so far, it has been performing exceptionally well, with a durable battery.A suggested improvement:1. One area for improvement is the buckle. It could be made more secure and tightened, as sometimes it can become loose and tilt to the left or right when folded.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience using the EVERCROSS EV10K PRO Electric Scooter.
