these are BIG! thick, wide and heavy duty constructed. will definitely hold together anything this is used on. holds file box lids and 22 quart container lids securely on with no way for it to fall off. holds a broken brief case together. do not use on flimsy items. these are powerful enough to crush light cardboard boxes and cheap plastic containers.

Strong and tough
These rubber bands are strong and sturdy. I carry paper work on a clip board for work and I use the rubber band around the bottom of the clip board to keep my paper work straight and not get all wrinkled up. They work great for my use. Thin narrow rubber bands don't last but about a week then break. But these I've been using about a month already and haven't broken one yet.

Strong and tough
I needed to make a glass lid seal for a container that did not completely seal. Bands were both thick and wide which were perfect for my project. Have found a variety of uses for the remaining rubber bands. Would not hesitate to use in a project that needed a strong rubber band.

Review a rubber band? C'mon . . .
Well, actually I'm glad I was asked. I'm a collector of books and large historical albums. Loads of 'em. I don't know how I stay married this long. We recently moved which is always a problem for my book collection. They shake and vibrate in the trucks, which cause the bindings to come loose. Any inserts, maps, even bookmarks will certainly fall out. And, all-in-all makes for a difficult, if not sometimes, a disastrous, move. And, then along came these rubber bands. I place one around each book which keeps the binding tight and all the inserts, well inserted. Allows for less necessary packing material and ultimately, fewer boxes. And, what's best about the rubber bands? I can use them over and over again. I've since re-ordered three times.

They work well and endure.
I use them to keep my garbage bags in place. They WORK ! My bags do not slip back into the can. Will by them again !
