Toasty Feet Extra Cushion Women's Full Length Insoles, Pair

I have Lupus. My feet and hands are always cold. These are OK as a barrier between the shoe and the ground, but really do not provide heat. In addition, I have really small feet, and these are custom-able for feet size 7 and up...doesn't fit great for smaller feet. They are a little thick, so if you have issues with your shoes feeling tight, these may add to the bulk. I thought they were expensive for the value, but they will provide an extra barrier to the cold.

Warning: These insoles are VERY thick. The insoles took up so much room in my boot, my foot no longer fit in the boot. Unless your shoes/boots are really loose fitting you might want to get the regular insoles that don't have the extra cushion. And because they are cut-to-fit, I can't return them.

I've used these in 40 below zero weather and they kept my feet reasonably warm. If you work outdoor in very cold weather, use these.
