The description of this product states that children will be introduced to coding and creating their own game, there are 20+ hours of lesson content. There is NO information provided, only a website. We went to the website where it looks like it's prompting us to pay for classes. I've spent quite some time trying to figure out how to navigate through this, and the tutorial function of the app does not work. The 3D scenes do not allow you to move through them, so you can't read the signs at the museum, etc. If this is an introduction/beginner's sort of product, this is incredibly disappointing because you cannot use it right away; it's not intuitive at all. This was supposed to be my son's big gift with which he spent hours learning how to code and create his own games. That's not what this is at all. We will be returning this product. Wow, just wow.

I highly recommend this product. I bought this for my nephew for his 12th birthday. He is always playing video games and I wanted the time he spent interacting with technology to be more active and creative. I know from experience that coding helps one to think more analytically and, as a result helps with the understanding of math, science, and other academic subjects. The bonus--he loves it and just thinks of it as having fun!

Bought as a gift for my grandson and he was very disappointed in it.

I found this product very creative and educational. It's easy to use; our grandson is enjoying immensely and plans to invite his friends to play with it over the holiday week-end.

Wasn't sure if my 7 year old was ready for this, but he seems pretty advanced and we've made a bunch of minigames in Minecraft, so thought this would be an interesting step into real programming and design. While it is clearly a little over his age, that just means a parent helper is needed -- and we have not been disappointed in this parent/child co-learning experience! After a little confusion in understanding the Course interaction with CoSpaces VR site, we were playing the sample VR game and exploring how to manipulate and create 3D objects for our own game. Each day he asks to do the next lesson and I'm excited to see what he learns and creates! We've enjoyed being able to switch between computer, the VR viewer w/ phone app, and the VR phone app without viewer -- excellent technology synthesis! Look forward to completing more lessons and seeing what game he makes!
